Simon Minty at EFD event on a panel.
Simon has a Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Management at Work and a BSc in Philosophy.  He is highly experienced in developing and delivering disability and diversity training programs, and has produced several successful videos.
Simon's reputation is for being challenging yet humorous; getting people to think further and deeper than the expected, but remain focused on practical solutions.  Simon is an Associate of the Broadcaster's Disability Network, the Employers’ Forum on Disability and an alumni member of the Windsor Leadership Trust. 
His passions are comedy and travel and he works extensively abroad in Asia Pacific and the USA.
