As part of our campaign to highlight the positive benefits of effective disability and diversity awareness within UK plc, Minty & Friend is proud to lead the "Dining with a Difference" initiative.
Dining with a Difference was created in order to provide a relaxed and social environment for discussing some of the business issues arising out of disability and diversity and to provide Senior Executives with the confidence to be able to address these issues in a manner which benefits their Company, their employees and customers.

Evidence shows that those companies which succeed in mastering disability issues can only do so through board-level leadership. Consequently, under our Dining with a Difference initiative, Senior Executives from one or more of Britain's major companies are invited to dine with four of Britain's leading authorities on disability and diversity issues. The dinner is structured to enable all the salient themes around disability - the business case, the legal background, and the practical solutions to be addressed.

The result is a unique transfer of knowledge and skills, enabling Boards of Directors and senior staff to acquire the essential leadership skills they need to tackle these crucial and strategic business issues. What's more, Dining is seriously enjoyable too!
