Kate Nash is a freelance diversity consultant with over 20 years experience in helping organisations develop their diversity strategies. She enables major corporations to design and deliver strategies which enhance their disability related performance, which includes her pioneering work on disabled employee networks. She has acted as a consultant and trainer for many years for EFD. She is now responsible for senior level relationship management for 15 of their core funders and acts as strategic advisor to the CEO.
She is also non-executive director of the Pension, Disability and Carers Service at Department for Work and Pensions, non-executive director at Remploy, associate of the Employers' Forum on Disability, political advisor to the Royal Mail and Chair of their external Disability Strategy Leadership Panel and political advisor to Direct Enquiries Ltd.
