Cathy has worked for Changing Faces since 1996 developing and delivering disfigurement and difference equality training programmes and consultancy, concentrating on changing attitudes within organisations, which she delivers with humour and passion. She also works with people with disfigurements enabling them to recognise and demonstrate their skills and talents so they can job-hunt with confidence.
She has also been involved in TV documentaries and generally promoting disfigurement within the media and with employers. Cathy was born and brought up in Zimbabwe and has had a wide experience of working within a diversity of industries which has given her an understanding of the challenges businesses face.
