Alice Maynard is Managing Director of Future Inclusion.
Future Inclusion helps organisations develop strategies to employ and provide services to people in parts of the community they find it hard to reach. Her career began in IT and more recently she was employed in various parts of the transport industry developing strategies for inclusion.
Alice is Chair of Scope, a national disability charity, an Associate of the Employers' Forum on Disability, past-Chair of the Milton Keynes Racial Equality Council and a member of the Human Genetics Commission.
She has an MBA from Ashridge and a DBA from Cranfield University.
