Alice Maynard is Managing Director of Future Inclusion.
Future Inclusion works at Board, team and individual level to bring about the changes that drive ethical and inclusive practice and promote good governance and management.
She has been employed in the IT and transport industries, as well as providing advice and consultancy to private, public and third sector businesses.
Alice is Chair of Scope, a national disability charity, an Associate of the Employers' Forum on Disability, an Associate of Dining with a Difference, past-Chair of the Milton Keynes Racial Equality Council and a member of the Human Genetics Commission.
She has an MBA from Ashridge and a DBA from Cranfield University.
